Investigating
We are investigating elevated rates of HTTP 500 responses for the /messages API endpoint affecting IMAP grants in the US region. Some requests may fail as a result.
The issue is not affecting grants for other providers, other API endpoints, or the EU region. The overall error rate remains low. We will provide another update as our investigation progresses.
